By Ordinance, the Village of Manley established Zoning & Subdivision Regulations in June 2010. Zoning affects every building and use within the city limits of the Village of Manley and a one mile radius of Manley. No building, structure, or land shall be used or occupied, and no building or structure or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, moved or structurally altered except in conformity with all of the Zoning Regulations specified for the district in which it is located.

No building or other structure, including fences, shall be erected, moved, added to, or structurally altered without a building permit first having been issued by the Village Zoning Administrator, Betty Meyer 402-699-5511.

Papillion Sanitation will be closed Monday, May 28

in observance of Memorial Day

All Residential and Commercial trash routes willl be running one day behind during the week of May 28.  Therefore, Friday, June 1 will be the pick-up day for Manley Customers. Normal schedule will return the following week.

The Manley Village Board has scheduled a working meeting for further discussions on the developement of a new Animal Ordinance for the Village. The meeting is planned for 8:00pm at the Manley Community Center, 115 Cherry St., Manley, NE.  If you have suggestions, you may attend or contact Betty Meyer 402-699-5511


June 2- 3, 2018

Manley's Village clean-up is scheduled for Saturday, June 2 and Sunday June 3.  Dumpsters will be located at the Community Center on Cherry St., for these two days only.  Also, if you have old appliances or junk iron such as old lawn mowers, etc., drop them off at the dumpster site and a local resident has agreed to dispose of them. If you have no way to load/haul larger appliances, contact him at 402-312-9681.

Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, June 14, 2018 a Regular Meeting of the VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Village of Manley, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 P.M. at the Village Community Center, 115 Cherry Street, Manley, NE. The agenda for such meeting, which is kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Office of the Village Clerk in the Village Community Center during normal business hours. If you have a concern that you wish addressed, contact the Village Clerk (402-234-2304) no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
