Manley Community Newsletter
July 25, 2012

What's New in Manley?
The Welcome sign is new. The Village board was approached by a
local resident that wanted to purchase the sign for the Village,
anonymously. The Village Board chose the design and location and
a sign was placed. Betty Meyer took care of hauling the dirt to the
project. The landscaping was done with tourism grant funding.
Kevin Holdorf and Alice Smisek volunteered many hours placing the
plants and resident Joe Evans has volunteered to water the area. The
curbing was donated by local resident Nate Colgrove of Curb-It inc.
This has truly been a community project with a Welcoming
outcome!!!
