*School is in session! Please obey all traffic laws! People who run the stop signs here in the Village are subject to having their license plates posted in the newsletter. The Nebraska State Patrol has been notified and asked to assist with the patrol of the Village of Manley due to the absence of the Cass Co. Sheriff’s office and a shortage of County Deputies at this time.
*Do you need to dig in your yard??? It is a Federal law that you must first call before you dig!! Also, if you are planning to build, add to, remove, or move a structure, you must talk to the Village Zoning Administrator, Betty Meyer PRIOR to starting the project! This includes fencing, shed, house, patio, garage and other structures.
*Need a place to hold your next meeting, shower or seminar? The Manley Community Building is for rent! For more info and to schedule an event, contact Jolene Dalton, Village Clerk at the office. Parking for events is on the WEST side of the street only! Signs for this and for the parking at the Catholic Church will be secured so we don’t block residents or emergency vehicles.
